10 Years Ago today

We said, "yes" together. Thank you, dear Mom, Our Lady for protecting us. We are grateful and will for ever give you honor. Thank you, Pita, for your beautiful card today. We are so blessed and humbled to be your parents. Our sweet treasures are our gifts, tangible examples of God's love. From the moment our "yes" took place at Our Lady's national shrine, I have forever been in awe of her presence in our lives.

The days are filled with moments only God understands

...we have to trust, and He will get us there.

Just before we left the U.S. again for a new overseas journey and post we made it to our Mama's house, where we will always be at home: the National Shrine. Every time we come home to VA and depart again we spend time in Our Lady's arms and presence and with Our Lord in the sacraments there. So needed before so many transitions and moments of complete abandonment. We each were able to light a candle
and pray, pray, and pray more on the eve of the feast of the Assumption.

Sweet Marta, one moth has passed and you are now 5 months old!

Little Angel, sweet Happiness, you brighten our days adn are one happy, happy girl. Now you are so strong with your turning yourself over and moving across the floor. We love you so much. Thank you, Lord, for such a beautiful gift of life.
